This 8-hour class was offered to Utah's USPSA C, D and U competitors. Its goal was to increase competitor skills and provide Utah clubs with stages for club matches in the short term and in the long term possibly increase the stage designer pool for the Utah Section. Tuition was to design and set up 4 stages at one or combination of Utah clubs: Salt Lake Practical Shooters Association, LTD Pistol, or Cache Practical Shooters during the 2010 calendar year.
The instructor, USPSA Grand Master Mark Waki, thanks Tim Allen, Tony Armell, Jason Caldwell, Brian Gilmore, Landon Gines, Charlie Horn, John Koski, Dale McKay, Mathew Schumann, Mattson & Sarah Shepard and Frenchie Vang for their participation and enthusiasm for our sport. Brian,Charlie, Dale, Mattson and Sarah already contribute with stage designs on a regular basis.
Targets and props were provided by LTD with the class being held at the Wahsatch Shooters Association Range in Fruit Heights, Utah. Thanks also to USPSA Master Rick Siegel and FBI Firearms Instructor Dan Ward who provided additional input as the class was overbooked. |
